Valor Advisory Partners, based in Heber City, is a senior-led investment banking firm serving middle-market owners nationwide. Founder and Principal Said Armutcuoglu brings 33 years of Wall Street experience, including a Partner role at Lazard Freres, senior positions at Loeb Partners and LSH Partners, and FINRA General Securities Principal licensure. Co-founder Randy Elliott contributes two elected terms as a county commissioner, deep government and infrastructure relationships, and long-standing engagement with the Veteran community.
